REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind, you have the right to return your goods up to 30 days of receipt. Please return the goods to:-

If items are being returned to us for the following reasons-
· Doesn’t fit
· Changed my mind
· Found a better price
· Just didn’t like it
· Ordered by mistake
Full refunds will be given within 30 days. The costs for returning the goods are paid by the consumer. We suggest you use a recorded delivery or other traceable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your item arrives in a timely and un-damaged manner by using reputable carriers, things can go wrong and due to a number of unscrupulous buyers any claim for loss or damage in transit will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated by ourselves, Royal Mail, DPD & DHL.
In the event of a faulty item please contact us by Email:- email@example.com. We may ask to see a photo before any decision is made.

or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to return the item. One of our Customer Services team will be in contact to take payment and provide you with your label.
If you wish to return your item, please Carry out the following steps:
1.Add a note to the parcel you're returning with your name, address, order number and reason for returning
2.Pack up your item with your note inside. Ensure that the item cannot be damaged in transit and has all of its original packaging in a resellable condition.
3.Attach the return address to the outer of the packaging.
4.Send the parcel back to ourselves. We recommend a tracked service to ensure no loss during transit.
Once we have received your product this will be processed as below:
If the item is received into our returns office we will endeavour to get the item shipped within 1 working day.
If the item is out of stock at our warehouse then we will order the item in and this we expect to arrive with us with in 5 working days. If in the unlikely event our supplier does not have the item, then we will refund your order.
